After the initial consultation, non-refundable retainer will be required to move forward with the design and coordination process. The retainer will be calculated at 50% of the estimated quote.

The final quote will be determined 1 week before the event date. Payment must be received at least 5 business days prior to event or or within 48 hrs of receiving the invoice to guarantee successful set up. If full payment is received after, a late charge of $50 will be assessed along with potential adjustments to deliverables or service on event day.

In the case last minute add-ons are requested after the final quote, the client will be sent an additional bill to be paid within 48 hours.

Rental items will come in protective material. After use, each item should be wiped clean with a dry cloth (please refrain from using clorox wipes or stringent cleaning solutions) and wrap as received. When placing items back into the provided bin, it is essential to place gently in organized fashion. Please refrain to squeezing or pressing down in any form.

Items returned damaged/permanently stained, the deposit will be partially or fully forfeited at our discretion.

Please do not place food, treats or liquid directly on brass items as it will leave a stain. Please line the brass with saran wrap, parchment paper or any other water proof material before placing any food items on top. A dry towel can be used to wipe down as needed.

For brass items that are returned damaged/stained, the deposit will be partially or fully forfeited at our discretion.
